Refund policy

At Daddyslist, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident about every purchase, so we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags or accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Health or wellness devices that have been used or opened
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at austinakers19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
